Some frequently asked questions

1/ Q. Do we have to cater for all of our evening guests?

A. No! Every wedding is different - numbers, times, menus etc.

We will discuss this with you when we meet.

2/Q. what ages are considered children?

A. we do not have an age rule, or ask for ID or have a height stick like the rollercoasters. We just ask you, if you would consider them a child.

For the main wedding packages, 18 is the significant age, as they will not be partaking in the alcohol part of the package and will be charged @£25 total for day and evening food and soft drinks with dinner and reception.

Children's menus can be a slightly smaller copy of your main menu or something "child friendly"

e.g. Garlic bread

chicken nuggets, chips

ice cream

3/Q. Can we offer our guest a choice of menu?

A. Yes! We must have prior notice of the guests' menu choice on a table plan, and on the day, the table setting must indicate the persons choice somewhere. Just to avoid confusion.

As the unique and fairly compact venue that we are, we will be able to offer a choice of 2 starters, 2 main course and the trio of desserts is for all guests.

4/Q. Some of my guests have allergies/dietary requirements, can you cater for them?

A. Yes! This is a very important N.B. We will be able to safely produce meals for any allergies/dietary requirements, as long as we are advised of the issues prior to the day .

5/ Q. Our favourite family dinner is not on your menu, and we were hoping to have it at our wedding. Is this possible?

A. Yes! We would be happy to discuss this when we meet up.

We are experienced caterers in many nationalities and styles of food

6/Q When should we meet to chat through our menu?

A. There are no fixed rules. We need 2 weeks notice for your final choices, etc. We would be happy to meet you, whenever suits you.
